Work Remotely
If you’re looking for remote, work-from-home, ‘be your own boss’ kind of jobs – then you’re in the right place.
With more and more companies mandating a back-to-work policy, it’s completely understandable not to want to return to the lifestyle of commuting and working a standard ‘9-5.’
A digital nomad is someone who works fully remote, and is also location independent (so they can work from anywhere.)
Here are some remote, work-from-home ideas which are a mixed bag (some are self-employment-based, others require some education, and some are jobs to find and apply to.)

- Virtual therapist, counsellor or life coach
- E-commerce/Drop-shipping

Where to Be Paid For Your Opinion
Filling out online surveys is not generally something that can be a full-time income, but it’s great for some pocket change while you look for or invest time in something else. In addition, having an opinion is something a bot can’t do, so it’s one of those things that is safe from being taken over by AI.
When filling out surveys for your opinion, be sure to read carefully and answer the questions with thought. They do sometimes slide tricks in there to ensure you’re actually reading and answering genuinely rather than just quickly clicking through.
- Branded Surveys – one of the best sites where you can be paid to sign up for surveys. Open to residents of US, UK and Canada
- Opinion Edge – the only requirements are to be 18 years old
- Free Cash – this is a site where you can test apps, games and surveys
- Angus Reid Forum – for Canadians, this is a pretty good way to make a few extra bucks. I have been filling out surveys for Angus Reid for years. They pay via gift card
- Elite Surveys is a site that shows you plenty of other sites where you can test things and provide your opinion for money
